Life Goes Om Community Project
What is it?
 GreatYoga.com is proud to be the main sponsor of Life Goes Om. Life Goes Om is a community project that lets people who are currently undergoing cancer treatments experience the mind, body, spirit connection through the practice of yoga. If you, someone you know, or someone you love, has ever experienced cancer you know the tremendous impact it has on your life. When you are in the middle of undergoing treatment for any type of cancer, it makes it very difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The Life Goes Om project hopes to provide the space for healing of the body, mind, and spirit through the movement of yoga.
How It Works?
The possibility of this project is to create a network of 1000's of Yoga
studios around the United States that provide free access to yoga classes
for cancer patients. Yoga studios can instantly participate by adding their
studio information to the GreatYoga.com studio directory. When someone
currently undergoing cancer treatment is looking for a studio in their area,
they can do a search on the GreatYoga.com site and see all of the Life Goes
Om participating studios.
How Can I Help?
If you are a studio owner, or a teacher who has the ability to donate
classes, you agree to allow people who are currently in cancer treatments to
participate in yoga classes. Even just sitting in a yoga class can provide a
sense of health, security and love that can transform a life. Your
commitment lasts only as long as you feel the service is of value to your
community and your studio. GreatYoga.com will actively promote this valuable
program to the national media.

As a participating studio I simply agree to allow any individual who is
currently undergoing cancer treatment to participate in any regularly
scheduled yoga class at my studio at no charge. Required fields are in red. If you are already a Great Yoga affiliate, go here to include your studio in Life Goes Om.

We are trying to get the word out about the Life Goes Om community project
to as many yoga studios, wellness centers, and oncology departments around
